We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were efficient and made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect, right in the centre and close to everything. We were able to explore the city easily, with shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and spacious rooms. The twin wash basins in the bathroom were a nice touch, and there was plenty of cupboard space. We also enjoyed the amazing shower and comfortable bedding. this hotel provided a great experience.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel staff were fantastic, cute, and very efficient. The location was great for shopping and exploring. The room was excellent with a beautiful mix of modern and classic styles. The amenities and services provided were great.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in het hotel. De locatie was perfect, dichtbij restaurants en nabij het centrum van de stad. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en de hotel faciliteiten waren uitstekend. Gelukkig was het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles was schoon en we hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the main shopping area and within walking distance of the Salamanca area. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are well-appointed with modern amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. Guests can enjoy the beautiful view of the Castellana from their rooms.

The mirror in the dining room has black patches of paint, which doesn't match the formal decoration of the room.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, close to shops and restaurants. The high end shops of Calle Serrano are just one block away, making it convenient for shopping. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with outstanding pillow selection. The bathrooms are very spacious and have all the necessary amenities. The staff is generally courteous, providing excellent service. Additionally, there is a direct back door connection to a department store.

One concierge was less than helpful and rude.

I arrived early at the hotel and was actually surprised when the front desk staff immediately upgraded me to a better room. The interior of the hotel looked recently remodeled and had a classy design. The spacious room was elegantly designed and had all the amenities I needed. The service at the Villa Magna restaurant was close to perfect, and the location was great, near a popular shopping street. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We arrived exhausted after a long flight and were actually surprised when the hotel gave us our room early. The classical decor and beautiful proportions of the room made us feel instantly at ease. The shower had fantastic water pressure, although the air conditioning could have been cooler. The staff and concierge were helpful, and the gym was pretty good. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a nearby El Corte Ingles store. we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel.

Great size rooms with amazing showers, fabulous bedding, and a nearby department store. Efficient staff and excellent location close to attractions like Plaza Mayor and Retiro Park. Polite staff, beautiful decoration, fantastic amenities and services, and the most beautiful jacuzzi ever seen.

We had an amazing experience staying at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities provided were exceptional. the spa center was well equipped with a sauna, steam room, and massage rooms. We had a rejuvenating spa day with spa lounge facilities. the sun terrace and the garden area were beautifully maintained, making our stay more pleasant. the private facilities were top-notch.

Our room was next to the service area, and we could hear some noise through the wall.
